INDIVIDUAL HOUSES - When creating your ideal space, our team of experts will come up with the best solution to the project task and we will do so in accordance with the highest standards of quality. N.E.K. Ltd. will obtain the necessary building permits for you and we will also offer you the possibility of building low-energy house in a given period.

APARTMENT BUILDINGS - We are specialized in the preparation of project documentation for the energy renovation of apartment buildings. With our help, you can achieve efficient use of energy, live better and pay less, all in terms of thermal protection by using the possibility of getting a grant from The Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund (EPEEF).

EU FUNDS - We are authorized consultants for obtaining funds from the structural and investment EU funds. With Croatia joining the European Union, small and medium enterprises can use nearly one billion Euros per year from the Structural Funds. In order to obtain those funds, it is necessary to develop quality project idea and provide all the necessary documentation in accordance with the regulations and principles of the EU. N.E.K. Ltd. helps its clients in the development of project ideas, the preparation of documentation for the project application and provides the ability to work on the implementation of the same. ENERGY CERTIFICATE - Energy certificates have become part of our everyday life as they are frequently mentioned of the media. Our specialized team is authorized to certify all buildings regardless of the building area or its purpose.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION - During construction, high quality supervision ensures the investor the control of performed works in accordance with the laws obtained for the building, all in accordance with the rules of the profession. That enables the construction to be carried out with the supervision of work and the quality of materials and equipment, thus avoiding subsequent problems or disputes. Our job is to solve all the arising problems in the construction while at the same time reducing the cost of the investment by doing high quality calculation of the works that had been carried out.

CONSULTING - Many years of experience in the activities related to civil engineering and architecture make our team fully prepared for all kinds of consulting in the preparation of project documentation or the building itself. Our clients will get accurate and reliable information concerning the financing, technical consulting during architectural planning, construction or removal of buildings, provision of documents, analyzes, and necessary studies and surveys. In accordance with the regulations and principles of the Republic of Croatia and the EU, it is possible to achieve non-refundable co-financing with which the majority of the public is not familiar. Professional consulting services enable you to take on turnkey, not letting the wrong information taking you in the wrong direction.

WE OFFER LEGAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT.

Maintenance of residential buildings includes:

- regular and exceptional inspections and repairs of common parts of the property,

- providing expert advice on co-owners relations and

- education of co-owners about the possibilities of using EU funds to improve the thermal envelope of buildings.
